“I assure you this will be addressed.” – regarding the long line I encountered with 1 employee working the counter at McDonalds in Nashville on Music Valley Drive.

I’m feeling really assured right now. I feel bad for these people, this could be some of their first impressions of Nashville, Music City USA.
