Starbucks Customer Service is Lacking and Cold Towards My Child
I am interested in your Green Tea Latte Concentrate
On advisement of the Madison TN Rivergate Starbucks, I visited Target In Rivergate – Madison TN, Target in Brentwood, Publix in Brentwood, Starbucks in Brentwood, Publix in Brentwood, Two Starbucks in Green Hills, and another Kroger in Green Hills – 3 hrs of travelling looking for this product in upscale grocery stores and Starbucks locations – but no one has this flavor.
Is there any free ‘ship-to-store’ option for this stuff like WalMart does? I found $5 shipping for a $5 item is pretty steep and we don’t have $75 or more of stuff to order.
We really want to try this product but the shipping is steep – are there any other options? We saw a 10% off coupon code but that only amounts to .50 cents.
I expected Starbucks, a national company, to have a creative reply such as suggesting a store that stocked this, offering a one time ship-to-store option or waiving the shipping once to help me as a new customer. Given Pawnstar’s recent gesture to a young fan, I thought Starbucks might be more accommodating. The staff at the Madison, TN location sent us on a 3 hour goose hunt. Highly mechanical, inflexible response from Starbucks. They know there’s no where else to go for this product so they can say and do what they want. Truly SAD.
