Major improvement with the Homeless – I visited on 12/21/2013

Among the highlights:

Good service from “Monayah” – she took and fulfilled my order accurately and quickly.

I spoke to several homeless people including “Mary”. “Mary” indicated she is treated well at this McDonalds location. The homeless carts were parked orderly in the lobby and there were at least 5 homeless people eating, conversing, and socializing in peace. Over all this was a 100% improvement and I commend Clark Gray for taking this issue head on and working towards some improvement.
