FedEx 1595 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115 – Great Service!

I took a package to FedEX. It was a hard drive with the original film elements for a film I worked on back in 2010.  I don’t use FedEx as a rule because of the expense but is filmmaker supplied his FedEx account number to pay for it so I went to the local FedEx office.

A FedEx employee named “Courtney B” took my package and form. She worked on it with the computer and I was out within minutes. Seeing as I almost never use FedEx, she made this a VERY easy and simple process.

So excellent service from FedEX’s store location in Madison TN thanks to “Courtney B”. Recommended!

Update: 1/4/14 – I truly wish I had more business to do at FedEX at 1595 Gallatin Pike N. Their service continues to stand out in my mind.
