Arbys Bellevue Nashville TN Hwy 70S

Arbys is good, no two ways about it but a lot can be determined by management. Alan at the Arbys in Bellevue makes the difference.

I stop in most nights with  my coupons but one night the door was locked early. I asked several nights later why this was so when the dining room hours were clearly posted. He advised me he was short staffed and took safety VERY seriously.

So I must applaud this manager for placing safety first. I also see him working the front line, back end, dining room, etc, a true “working-manager” – few and far between, the only other one I’ve seen is at the Madison TN Panera.

This Arbys is top Notch and I believe it’s strongly due to Alan’s leadership.
